Jean M Deliso, CFP® is President/Owner of Deliso Financial and Insurance Services, a firm focusing on comprehensive financial strategies that help position clients for a solid financial future.
Jean has been working in the financial field for thirty years; her first seven in public accounting and the balance working in the financial services industry. Jean serves her clients by developing integrated financial plans focusing on five key areas: Protection, Retirement, Investment, Estate & Charitable Giving. Utilizing a specific process, she enjoys helping individuals, as well as business owners navigate the unique planning needs of their business with an eye towards legacy and succession planning. Deep trust, precise guidance and comprehensive solutions are the cornerstones of her practice.

Jean currently serves on and is the immediate past Chairman of the Board of The Baystate Health Foundation. She also serves on and is the past Chairman of the Board of the Community Music School of Springfield and the past Chairman of the Board of the YMCA of Greater Springfield. In addition, she is a past board member of Pioneer Valley Refrigerated Warehouse along with past trustee of the Community Foundation of Western Massachusetts and Bay Path College Advisory Board. She is a supporting member of the National Association of Life Underwriters and The Hampden County Estate Planning Council.
Jean is a graduate of Bentley College. She is married, has two sons, is an avid golfer and enjoys sailing.
Judy has served as Customer Service Director since joining the company in 2007. In that capacity she is responsible for all day-to-day customer service needs. Her attention to detail, as well as her follow through skills and professional demeanor has earned the confidence of all clients as their needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Prior to joining Deliso, Judy was Vice President of a leading lingerie company in New York City. She was instrumental in growing that company substantially over her 25-year tenure where she managed several departments and traveled extensively. She returned to her Western Massachusetts roots in 2001 where she spent a few years volunteering for two main causes; underprivileged children and animals. In 2007, Jean recruited Judy to Deliso Financial & Insurance Services where she quickly became instrumental in the growth of the business over the past several years.
Judy is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts and lives in Longmeadow. She currently volunteers with her dog as a pet therapist at Weldon Rehabilitation Center. She has volunteered at the MSPCA, Brightside for Families and Children, Canine Companions for Independence as well as Yankee Golden Retriever Rescue. She also enjoys traveling.
Lauren, a graduate of Worcester State University, earning a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. Throughout her academic journey, she developed a passion for marketing, accounting, and visual communication, which continues to shape her professional path. During her time there she discovered a real interest in how smart planning and financial strategies can make a big difference in people's lives. That curiosity sparked her decision to step into the financial services world.
Lauren gained hands-on experience as a marketing intern at Peter Pan Bus Lines. In this role, she contributed to the company’s digital and customer-facing strategies by focusing on graphic design, writing engaging blog content, and providing customer service. She learned how to connect with people, think creatively, and support a brand’s growth. She enjoyed being part of a fast-paced team and picked up some valuable skills that she can transfer over into this job, like clear communication, organization, and a client first mindset.
Outside of work, Lauren enjoys a well-rounded lifestyle filled with creativity and mindfulness. She spends her free time painting, reading, and practicing yoga. These hobbies bring her peace but also support a balanced, thoughtful approach to both personal and professional challenges. With a strong work ethic and a passion for connecting with others, Lauren is excited to continue growing in the world of financial services.
With a robust background blending psychology and business, Elise brings a unique perspective to the financial services industry. She holds both an undergraduate and graduate degree in psychology, which has equipped her with a deep understanding of human behavior and effective communication skills.
Her professional journey began in the field of early childhood education, where she spent a decade working in preschools. This experience honed her abilities in patience, problem-solving, and building strong relationships—skills that seamlessly translate to financial services.
In addition to Elise’s educational and professional background, she ventured into entrepreneurship by starting an online boutique. This endeavor allowed her to develop a keen eye for detail, financial acumen, and a strategic approach to business management.
As an Advisor’s Assistant, her leverage in diverse experiences offers exceptional support and insights, ensuring clients receive thoughtful and effective financial solutions.
